Opt Recruiter

• 3+ years of experience in OPT Recruiting / US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and other US work authorizations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen and qualify IT candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Market qualified candidates to suitable requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment/placement targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Candidate marketing and interview coordination experience is an added advantage.
