Hiring US IT Recruiter / OPT Recruiter. Experience: 3+ Years. Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).

• Experience in OPT/CPT and US IT Recruitment
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and H1B hiring
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with OPT, CPT, and F1 candidates
