Job Summary

We are looking for an OPT Recruiter to source and maintain candidate profiles for US IT staffing requirements. The recruiter will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify suitable candidates, collect resumes, screen profiles, maintain candidate availability, and coordinate submissions for relevant job opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Source OPT, STEM OPT, and other relevant candidate profiles through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment portals.

* Search for candidates based on technical skills, education, experience, location, and work authorization.

* Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and collect updated resumes.

* Screen candidate profiles and verify their availability, skills, location, and work authorization details.

* Build and maintain a database of qualified and interested candidates.

* Support the sales and marketing team by providing suitable profiles for active job requirements and client submissions.

* Coordinate with the sales team to understand job requirements and deliver matching profiles on time.

* Follow up regularly with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

* Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and status updates.

* Maintain daily sourcing reports, candidate trackers, and submission records.

* Obtain candidate consent before sharing profiles with clients or staffing partners.

* Ensure candidate information is accurate, confidential, and handled professionally.

Required Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment.

* Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

* Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-management skills.

* Ability to work with sales and marketing teams.

* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
