Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced OPT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates and helping them find suitable job opportunities in the US IT market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit and source OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates for IT job opportunities.
• Identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide regular follow-ups.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
• Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in OPT recruitment or US IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and the US job market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, screen, and manage candidates effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
