• Continuously optimize algorithms based on different product characteristics, and complete iterative upgrades of algorithms
• Continuously tracking cutting-edge theories in algorithms, creating more valuable optical algorithms, and enhancing the core competitiveness of the company's related businesses through technological innovation
• Assist in training team members Technology Study and Research – 10%
• Research new alignment and coupling algorithms for different optical component Support and Collaboration– 10%
• Provide on-site support for troubleshooting algorithm anomalies
• Collaborate with other team members (mechanical/optical/electrical engineers etc.) to deploy automation Technical Documentation – 10%
• Draft automation technical reports or white papers if needed 任职资格
• Master's degree or above in optical engineering, artificial intelligence, precision instruments, automation, software engineering or related fields is preferred
• Solid mathematical and physical foundation, familiar with geometrical optics, Fourier optics, and numerical optimization; experience in developing global optimization/search algorithms is preferred
• Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++/Python, at least familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience in model deployment is preferred
• Strong learning ability, high autonomy and stable emotions are preferred
• Experience in the development of automated equipment is preferred
