Occhio Optometry is looking for a friendly, motivated Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join our team in Fitzroy.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find the right eyewear and wants to be part of a welcoming, patient-focused independent practice.

About the role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the optical side of the practice, including:

• Providing personalised eyewear recommendations and styling advice
• Cutting and fitting lenses
• Dispensing
• Taking measurements and adjustments
• Assisting patients throughout their eyewear journey
• Frame and product selection and merchandising
• Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
• General reception and practice support
• Providing an exceptional patient experience

Optical dispensing experience is highly regarded.
