Role Details:

• Position: Optical Advisor
• Location: Great Barr
• Hours: Part-time or Full-time available
• Experience: Minimum 12 months optical experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house
• Supporting frame selection and styling
• Assisting with dispensing and order processing
• Managing bookings and patient records
• Maintaining a clean, professional store environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in an optical environment
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
