Dr Steve Tang Optometrists Balgowlah- part of the Get 2020 Group, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Optical Manager and Assistant Manager to join our growing Optical Team.

In this role, you'll use your professional skill set and product expertise to create incredible experiences for customers. Whether you're helping longtime Dr Steve Tang Optometrist fans or first-time wearers, you'll leave them excited and confident about our eyecare and glasses. You’ll put your skills to understand the Director’s vision and priorities, take ownership of operations and deliver results, train and lead your team and consult customers. Leadership Responsibilities:

• Support store director on daily operations and projects

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring patients feel confident in their eyewear choices.

• Work alongside your team to grow sales and performance while maintaining our premium brand standards.

• Frame merchandising and buying team contribution

• Mentor and train team members, providing guidance in optical dispensing and highest levels of customer care.

• Ownership of customer journey from walk in to collection and trouble shooting.

• Oversee and track frame, lens & e-commerce orders

• Continued leadership and multichannel training program

• Team communications & patient recall

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in optical dispensing & love for beautiful eyewear.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping patients find the best vision solutions.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and think proactively.

• Confident communicator who can lead, inspire, and work collaboratively with a team & customers.
