What they need
- 電路設計與模擬：負責光收發模組的硬體架構設計。包含 Schematic 設計、元件選型，並進行高速訊號與電源完整性（SI/PI）模擬。
- 負責 PCB 高速佈局設計，包含 Stack-up、Impedance、Differential Pair、Via、Power/GND 及高速訊號 Routing
- 硬體測試與驗證：負責樣品的 Bring-up（開機除錯） 與硬體功能驗證
- 韌硬體整合與調校：與韌體工程師合作，調校光電元件的參數，確保模組符合通訊標準
- 量產導入 (NPI)：協助研發階段轉量產的技術轉移。
