What they need
- 韌體開發與維護：負責光收發模組的MCU及DSP韌體架構設計與程式碼撰寫
- 通訊協定實作：實作並符合光通訊工業標準規範，如 CMIS 等管理介面協定。
- 介面驅動開發：開發與調校 I2C、SPI、UART、MDIO 等周邊通訊介面驅動程式。
- 光電參數控制與校準：撰寫演算法以控制雷射驅動器與接收放大器,實現自動功率控制、自動溫度補償及數位診斷監控
- 硬體共同偵錯：與硬體工程師合作，使用示波器、邏輯分析儀、光波分析儀等工具進行板級調試與故障排除。
- 生產自動化支援：協助開發工廠生產線所需的韌體燒錄、Calibration與自動化測試腳本
