About the Role

Optowide Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Optical Engineer / Process Engineer to join our team in Pathum Thani (Navanakorn Industrial Estate).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design & Development: Learn and participate in designing and developing optical components and systems (such as PBS, NPBS, and Fiber Optics) using simulation tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Production Management: Oversee the manufacturing process, including cutting, grinding, polishing, testing, bonding, and related operations.
• Process Improvement: Analyze production lines, optimize bonding processes, and develop/promote new bonding process solutions to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Technical Documentation: Review product drawings, design product processing cards, and prepare product price quotations.
• Testing & Quality Control: Define testing standards for each process, evaluate optical product indices, and use modern equipment for verification and inspection.
• Collaboration & Support: Communicate effectively in Chinese with cross-functional teams, international partners, and clients to provide technical support and project updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Processing, Science & Technology, or related technical fields.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) is required for seamless communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates or candidates without prior optical experience are welcome to apply (provided you have strong Chinese proficiency and an eagerness to learn).
• Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in optical design, manufacturing, Zemax/OpticStudio, AutoCAD/CAXA, bonding technologies (PBS, NPBS), or process engineering for optical lenses and fiber optics will be considered for senior-level roles.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, willingness to learn, and excellent communication/collaboration abilities.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• การจัดการการผลิต: รับผิดชอบและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด เช่น การตัด การเจียร การขัดเงา การทดสอบ การ bonding และกระบวนการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• การปรับปรุงคุณภาพและกระบวนการ: วิเคราะห์จัดทำแผนปรับปรุงการผลิต พัฒนาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการ bonding รวมถึงส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ bonding ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพและลดต้นทุน
• งานด้านเอกสารเทคนิค: ตรวจสอบแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ (Drawing) ออกแบบกระบวนการผลิต (Product Processing Cards) และจัดทำใบเสนอราคาสินค้า
• การควบคุมคุณภาพและการทดสอบ: กำหนดมาตรฐานการทดสอบของแต่ละกระบวนการ ประเมินดัชนีผลิตภัณฑ์ออปติก และใช้อุปกรณ์ทดสอบที่ทันสมัยในการตรวจสอบ
• การทำงานร่วมกันและสนับสนุนลูกค้า: สื่อสารภาษาจีนเพื่อประสานงานกับทีมงานภายใน พาร์ทเนอร์ต่างชาติ และลูกค้า เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาทางเทคนิคและรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา

• การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีออปติก, วิศวกรรมออปติก, ฟิสิกส์ประยุกต์, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า/อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ทักษะภาษา: สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดีเยี่ยม (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) เพื่อใช้ในการติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมงานและพาร์ทเนอร์ต่างชาติ
• ประสบการณ์: ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ หรือผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านออปติก ขอเพียงมีความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และมีทักษะภาษาจีนที่ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการออกแบบ/ผลิต/ทดสอบออปติก, การใช้ Zemax / OpticStudio / AutoCAD / CAXA หรือมีความรู้เรื่อง Bonding (PBS, NPBS) และ Lens/Fiber Optics จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษในระดับตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น
• ทักษะอื่น ๆ: มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การคิดวิเคราะห์ พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
