- Develop the optical transceiver experience
- Evaluate the Tx (EML/ PIC) or Rx Chip
- Test the PIC/ EML experience
- Optical assembly / fiber attach experience
- Build up the SOP/ manufacturing criteria
- Knowledge for flip chip/ die bond/ wire bond...etc
- Knowledge for optical communication
- Knowledge for high speed test (112G/lane, 224G/lane...etc)
- Knowledge for PIC chip design
- Better for optical simulation: Zemax/ CodeV, Lumerical/ RSoft...etc
- Familiar with Matlab or Python...etc
