We are looking for an exceptional Optical Engineer to help bring these technologies from concept to product. You will tackle complex optical challenges, contribute to the design and development of innovative hardware, and help turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities

As an Optical Engineer at AllFocal Optics, you will:

• Use Zemax OpticStudio to design and optimise novel optical components.
• Contribute to intellectual property development, including participating in patent writing.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, industry partners, suppliers, and customers to drive innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with Zemax OpticStudio.
• Strong knowledge of optical polarization.
• Strong knowledge of Image formation Theory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience developing a novel optical design.
• Experience in CAD.
• Enthusiasm and resilience.
