1. Die Attach and Wirebond Engineers

Job Overview

Carry out Die Attach process optimization, yield enhancement, equipment qualification, machine preventive maintenance, new product introduction (NPI) support, full process validation and ongoing continuous improvement for die attach production lines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master full DA process: die picking, epoxy dispensing, die bonding, curing, void control and substrate adhesion management.
• Familiar with WB process parameters: ultrasonic power, bonding force, bonding time, temperature, loop profile, ball shear & wire pull strength test.
• Knowledge of AOI inspection standard for bonded units
• Professional experience as a process engineer

2. Equipment Commissioning Engineer

Job Overview

Take full ownership of on-site installation, debugging, commissioning, and technical support for automated production equipment and production lines. The candidate will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and program failures, optimize equipment parameters, ensure stable operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine vision
• Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron), HMI development, servo motor and sensor system integration.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming & calibration (SCARA robot, linear robot, dispensing robot).
• Familiar with automation circuit drawing, pneumatic/hydraulic control and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong capability in equipment fault diagnosis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

3. Optical Active Alignment Engineers

Job Overview

Own the full-cycle active alignment process development, recipe optimization, equipment validation, NPI support and mass production yield improvement for optical transceivers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of active alignment principles for TOSA/ROSA/BOSA; familiar with optical power monitoring, XYZ six-axis alignment control and real-time coupling feedback tuning.
• Skilled in analyzing optical coupling loss factors
• Able to conduct optical performance testing
• Capable of cross-functional root cause analysis, SPC data tracking

4. Optical Assembly Process Engineers

Job Overview

lead NPI process transfer, parameter optimization, fixture development, mass production troubleshooting and continuous yield improvement. Collaborate with Test, FA, Equipment, Quality and production teams to stabilize high-volume manufacturing, reduce defect rate and cut production scrap cost.

Qualifications

• Ability to use CAD/SolidWorks for simple fixture design and modification
• Experience drafting PFMEA, control plan, SOP and 8D quality reports
• Knowledge of optical reliability test standards and assembly process optimization for reliability improvement

General Minimum Requirements for All Roles

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree in relevant engineering: Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Mechatronic, Industrial, Computer, Software or Production Engineering.

2. Experience in electronics, semiconductor, optical transceiver, or related manufacturing industries.

3. Fluent written and spoken English for daily technical communication with global teams and foreign suppliers; Chinese language capability is an extra advantage.

4. Strong on-site troubleshooting skills, logical analytical thinking and ability to work under high-volume production pressure.

5. Excellent cross-department communication, teamwork and independent project execution skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and technical report compilation.

7. Junior candidates with outstanding optoelectronic academic background or relevant internship experience are also acceptable.
