Optical Module Product Process Engineer (PE, NPI)

We are hiring for our sister company, Ligent Technologies, Thailand. Ligent Technologies, Inc. serves as Hisense’s operations and manufacturing center, driving innovation and excellence in electronics and semiconductor production.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for new product introduction: evaluating product structure and specifications, reviewing manufacturability, assisting in sample preparation, organizing trial production resource coordination, trial production line follow-up, data statistics and analysis, leading new product trial production and problem analysis and resolution to ensure on-time product transfer to mass production;
2. Leading improvement of mass production first-pass yields and scrap rate, as well as product process optimization (DFX improvement);
3. Production process quality improvement, customer return analysis; developing and implementing product failure analysis plans, issuing product failure analysis reports and improvement plans;
4. Resolving process abnormalities and implementing corrective measures to ensure order delivery;
5. Process change management, formulating and issuing product engineering documents and engineering change documents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Semiconductor, or Integrated Circuits (or a related discipline).
• Proficiency in Thai and/or Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Thailand.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
