We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Optician or Sales person specializing in Optical Sales to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect eyewear, and ensuring a seamless optical shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of optical products, laboratory procedures, and retail sales techniques, with a passion for helping customers improve their vision and style.

Duties

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, preferences, and prescriptions
• Measure and fit eyeglasses accurately for optimal comfort and vision correction
• Educate clients on lens options, frame styles, and optical products using clear communication skills
• Provide guidance on proper eyewear care and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior optical experience or retail sales background is advantageous
• Strong sales skills with the ability to educate with customers effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team environment while providing personalized customer service
• Attention to detail in measurements, prescriptions, and product presentation
• A genuine interest in optical health and fashion trends within the eyewear industry
