Optical Worker - Quality Control

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of prescription lenses and completed eyewear to ensure the highest standards are met
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns
• Perform detailed visual and manual checks using quality control equipment and processes
• Support the fitting, edging, and glazing of optical lenses across a variety of frame types
• Ensure customer orders meet specifications and quality requirements before dispatch
• Assist with order tracking and workflow management

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and precisely
• Good hand-eye coordination and confidence handling small, delicate items
• Excellent fine motor skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work
• Previous optical, manufacturing, quality control, assembly, or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
