Optician

Strong candidates for the Optical Stylist position will be able to:

-Listen to the patient's needs and preferences and then advise them on frame style and design

-Fit and adjust eye wear for the perfect fit

-Take measurements for frame orders, dispense eye wear, and perform frame adjustments and minor repairs

-Follow up on pending orders

-Evaluate patient concerns and help resolve any questions in an appropriate and timely manner

-Establish positive patient rapport and build relationships to establish repeat customer visits

-Interpret vision benefits

-Restock frame boards with new merchandise

-Keep optical area clean and organized

-Answer phones

-Make appointments

-Balance and process daily closing

-Other duties as assigned

Experience in sales is preferred
