Optimization Executive

Overview: As a optimization executive at our DMC, you will play an important role in optimizing accounts, generating revenue, and enhancing relationships with our travel partners. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and possess strong analytical skills to monitor performance and drive sales growth.

• Responsibilities:

• Performance optimization of existing XML clients

• Work on API optimization and sales improvement strategies

• Maintain and develop relationships with travel partners

• Collaborate with IT platforms for API integrations

• Coordinate with customer support team for escalated issues

• Manage the agreement process during partner onboarding

• Conduct online meetings with partners to review sales performance and plan future developments

• Monitor feed performance and provide insights using analytical tools

• Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar role

• Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and improving sales performance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus

• preferred with IT background
