Optometric Assistant/Receptionist

Must be able to respond effectively to each patient’s needs, and to deliver care in a professional, efficient manner.
Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

• Office administration and patient reception
• Scheduling appointments and referrals
• Verifying patient insurance/retrieving patient files
• Provide patients with ophthalmic frame and lens recommendations
• Communicate with vendors
• Maintain proper records and ensure patient privacy
• Other basic office duties

Required: Bilingual in Vietnamese/English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
