Are you upbeat, great with people, and excited to be part of something new? Eyes of Cimarron—a cutting-edge optometry office opening soon on the west side of El Paso, TX—is looking for a friendly, flexible, and reliable Optometric Assistant/Technician to join our team!

We’re a modern, family-focused practice that offers advanced eye care treatments, myopia control, and full-scope eye exams in a warm, welcoming environment. As a new practice, this is a special opportunity to grow with us —and be part of a team where you’ll be respected, appreciated, and heard.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with a big smile
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling
• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Support the doctor with clinical and clerical tasks, including preliminary testing
• Assist patients in choosing and selling the perfect frames
• Comfortably discuss pricing and payment options with patients
• Help out with social media and marketing (if that’s your thing!)
• Be flexible and ready to jump in wherever you’re needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Comfortable working with kids and families
• Confident discussing product costs and helping patients make informed choices
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
• Flexible schedule and team-player mindset
