Optometric Tech/Assistant

Our optometry practice in Almaden San Jose is seeking a dependable and personable team member to support both our patients and day-to-day office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can balance patient care with administrative responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and assist with the check-in process
• Coordinate appointments, answer questions, and support front-office operations
• Perform preliminary testing and assist patients with contact lens insertion, removal, and care instructions
• Help with insurance billing, document scanning, filing, and other administrative duties
• Keep contact lens inventory and office supplies organized, stocked, and readily available
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
