No previous optometric work experience required. We highly value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We provide all necessary training to ensure your success in our office. This opportunity is great for anyone interested in getting more experience in the healthcare and eyecare field.

Optometric Technician Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:

• Answering calls/texts in a professional and welcoming manner
• Verifying medical/vision insurance plans
• Performing preliminary optometric tests
• Obtaining patient medical history
• Maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Excellent patient care skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software
• Experience in retail sales is a plus

Compensation depends on experience and skill level.
