Optometric Technician

We are a fast-paced optometric office that offers elegant eye care, and we are currently seeking an individual who wants to help us make our patients feel good about their vision.. The ideal candidate must have superior customer service and organizational skills, as well as be dependable and punctual. Prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who is positive, solution-oriented, independent, trustworthy, and genuinely loves working with others.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-testing patients
• Scribing for the doctor
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Conducting contact lens training
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting as needed on the optical sales floor
