Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records.
• Prepare patients for exams by performing preliminary tests including visual acuity assessments and autorefractor measurements.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions accurately.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team on clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow from check-in through checkout.
• Willing to work Saturdays

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
