Optometric Technician

Our multi-doctor, multi-location thriving practice is looking for a full time optometric technician. Optometric Technicians assist the Doctor and patients with pre-testing (acuities, auto-refractions, tomometry, stereo testing, color testing etc.), medical testing (OCT, visual fields, retinal photos etc.) and contact lenses. Technicians may also help with eyewear selection, ordering, insurance submitting, dispensing, adjusting/repairs along some reception duties.

Candidate must have a "wow" personality, have a "can do' positive attitude, have respect for our patients, be a team player, want to learn and grow professionally, be hard working and reliable, be great with computers and multi-tasking.

We offer paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, Simple IRA, dental and health insurance contribution.

Full-Time schedule has one evening until 8pm and 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8-1.

We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
