We are seeking an Optometry Technician/ Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clinical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• work up patients with pretest equipment
• schedule appointments
• Greet and assist onsite patients
• Answer telephone calls
• pull and submit vision insurances
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or clinic environment is great but not required, will do on site training
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Internship, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
