What they need
📍 Locations: Cheras, Kajang OR Sutera (Johor Bahru)
🕐 Working Hours: 5 days/week, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction and instrumental eye tests.
- Provide professional patient consultation, education and care.
- Attend to patient enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Coordinate surgery planning, scheduling and patient follow-up.
- Maintain accurate consultation, eye-test and follow-up records.
- Prepare relevant reports, statistics and administrative documentation.
- Support daily clinical operations and maintain assigned work areas.
- Participate in surgery/OT operations as Surgery Optometrist, Surgery Coordinator, Laser Technician or OT Assistant as required.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure smooth and effective patient care.
