Optometrist

Optometrist – Kuske Eyewear, Napier

Kuske Eyewear is looking for an Optometrist to join our boutique practice in Napier.

We are an independent, boutique optometry practice with a strong focus on quality clinical care, great eyewear and providing a genuinely personal experience for our patients.

We have a carefully selected range of independent and premium eyewear brands, and we take pride in offering something a little different from the larger optical chains. Our patients appreciate the time we take with them and the quality of care and advice we provide.

This is a great opportunity for an Optometrist who enjoys both the clinical and lifestyle side of optometry and would like to be part of an independent practice.

What we offer

• A boutique, independent practice
• Excellent range of quality and independent eyewear
• A loyal and established patient base
• A supportive and experienced team
• A strong focus on clinical care and patient experience
• Variety in your day-to-day work
• Support for ongoing professional development
• Competitive remuneration, depending on experience
• Flexible hours can be discussed
• Potential pathway to practice ownership for the right person

The ownership opportunity is particularly exciting. For the right person, there is the possibility to become more involved in the business and, over time, explore ownership of the practice. This could suit an Optometrist who is looking for more than simply an employed role and would like to build something of their own.

We are looking for someone who enjoys optometry, takes pride in their clinical work and has an interest in independent practice. Someone who enjoys eyewear, patient relationships and being part of a small team would be a great fit.
