Job Overview
We are seeking a personable and skilled Optometrist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including vision examinations, diagnosis of eye diseases, and management of patient care. The Optometrist will work closely with patients to ensure their visual health needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams.
• Provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans for various ocular conditions.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and other optical aids as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
• Collaborate with all clinical staff, opticians, management, and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Stay updated on advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry
• Valid state license
• Proficient in using EMR/EHR systems for efficient patient management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Sales experience in an optical setting is a plus, enhancing the ability to recommend products effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
