About the Role

BDS Group is hiring an experienced and customer-oriented Optometrist for its Titan Eyeplus Franchise Store located in Shrirampur, Hooghly. The role involves conducting eye examinations, providing professional vision care solutions, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye testing and refraction.
• Recommend appropriate spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear.
• Educate customers on eye health and product care.
• Maintain patient records and testing reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and consultation.
• Support store operations and coordinate with the retail team.
• Adhere to clinical and operational standards set by the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry Mandatory.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in optometry or optical retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of optical products and vision correction solutions.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
