The Eye Works is an established, independent practice in the heart of Napa Valley, looking for an optometrist who wants more than a job. This role is designed as a path to ownership: join the practice, learn it from the inside alongside an established owner, and step into ownership on a timeline that works for both of you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• OD degree; active California license (or eligibility)

• TPA certification; glaucoma certification preferred

• Interest in medical eye care and long-term practice ownership

• New graduates and experienced ODs welcome
