Optometrist Internship

• Assist Senior Optometrists in performing eye exams, refraction tests, and using diagnostic equipment.
• Provide basic tests such as visual acuity checks, color vision tests, and basic ocular health assessments.
• Patient Care Support:
  • Educate patients on proper eye care practices and corrective lens usage.
  • Help maintain patient records and document their eye health assessments.
  • Participate in follow-up care and provide routine eye care advice.
• Equipment Handling Maintenance:
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of diagnostic equipment, including slit-lamp machines, autorefractors, and tonometers.
  • Learn and apply best practices for using optometry equipment under senior guidance.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Optometry (B.Optom).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of optometry practices and eye health.
