Optometrist/Ophthalmologist

Crystal Lens Express is looking for an Optometrist to join our team. We’re an established practice with a loyal patient base and a non-stressful work environment. If you enjoy providing quality eye care without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, this could be a great fit. We also are recruiting for four other locations, so if we have an office closer to you we can provide days at the other locations as well (Paterson, Union City, Newark, Kearny, Passaic)

What you’ll love about working with us:

-A welcoming, supportive team that values collaboration

-A calm, non-stressful clinical environment

-An established patient base — no need to build from scratch

-A practice culture that prioritizes patient care and work-life balance

What we’re looking for:

-A licensed Optometrist who enjoys connecting with patients

-Someone friendly, professional, and comfortable in a steady practice setting

-A team player who values quality care over high-pressure volume

If you’re looking for a stable, positive workplace where your expertise is appreciated, Crystal Lens Express would love to meet you.
