Front Desk Receptionist

Insight Eyecare Center is a full scope optometry clinic located in Lakewood, CO. We provide eye exams, glasses and contract lenses. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office duties. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance benefits.

Job Duties:

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Process patient charts and authorize patient visits
• Check patients in and out and obtain insurance information
• Collect co-pays and payments
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain office cleanliness at all times
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations (Security)

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
