Optometry Technician/Receptionist

Our practice is looking for an energetic, friendly and motivated individual to join our team!

The ideal candidate must have profound customer service and organization skills. Each candidate is expected to be computer-proficient, have phone etiquette, and be familiar with insurance plans.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greeting & Checking-In Patients
• Answering Phones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Data Entry
• Preparing Charts
• Pre-testing Patients
• Insurance Verification/Billing
• Dispensing Frames/Lenses
• Maintaining Office Appearance and Flow of Patients
