OQA Technician

Key responsibilities

• Manage in process and outgoing quality
• Perform IPQA and outgoing quality audit activities and ensure shipment is not held due to waiting for inspection
• Ensure manufacturing process is complied with work instruction
• Verify control runs, evaluation results and engineering change order
• Monitor defects found by customer at in-process and outgoing to ensure no recurrence
• Maintain and update all in process and outgoing quality records for audit purpose
• Inspect customer return parts to ensure no abnormality upon receipt
• Perform final test audit if stated in procedure
• Create and update inspection checklist to inspect outgoing goods
• Any task assigned by superior or Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Quality Control, Engineering or Manufacturing
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
