OQC Performance & Process Analyst

About the role

Responsible for Performance Management, Data Analytics, Management Reporting and Process Improvement of the OQC department to support management and enhance operational efficiency of all projects. Create dashboards and performance reports, analyse gaps and risks, and monitor action plans with relevant teams to ensure operational results meet organisational targets and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Performance Management system of the OQC department
• Monitor performance of each project/team against targets
• Create Performance Scorecards by project/cluster/team
• Analyse trends to identify projects requiring improvement or risk issues
• Monitor action plans/action logs and results following improvements
• Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/Workflow/Process Mapping

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in home/condominium handover, after-sales service and customer service
• Experience in Performance Management, Data Analytics or Process Improvement
• High coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to communicate and work effectively with multiple departments
