- 分析化学或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 5年以上国内制药企业工作经验，扎实的分析专业知识，精通HPLC, GC, KF, 粒度仪等； 3. 3年以上API分析方法开发经验或API项目分析业务管理经验：即有工艺验证/商业化项目分析管理，客户会议、分析相关问题的调查、项目进度的推进，组织并参与客户审计及相关准备工作、CAPA的制定和落实的经验； 4. 熟悉国内药品相关法规和ICH指导原则； 5. 良好的组织沟通和协调管理能力、团队协作精神，抗压能力强； 6. 具备一定的英语口语和写作能力 备注：分析经理工作经验年限可适当放宽，3年以上国内制药企业工作经验；1-2年API分析方法开发经验或API项目分析业务管理经验
