About the role
Responsible in managing nursing service activities for assigned patients in the operating room.
Delegates responsibilities to auxiliary and operating room staff nurses which includes the roles of admitting/discharge, circulating, and scrub nursing functions both on surgical and non-surgical days.
About you
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse
- With supervisory experience of the same position
- Skills in operating ophthalmic machines and equipment
- Skills in loading different types of intraocular lens implant
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
