A marketing team position at a well-known model car manufacturing company located in Kwai Chung. The role involves supporting the sales department with order follow-up, data entry using the company ERP system, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer orders and assist the sales department
• Accurately input data using the company ERP system
• Perform general clerical work, including document filing, data entry, photocopying, and report preparation
• Assist with report processing and execute other tasks assigned by supervisors
• No field visits or client meetings required

Require

• Diploma or certificate or above; science background preferred
• 1 year or above work experience; factory trading background preferred
• Good Cantonese communication ability; good written Chinese and English; proficient in computer operation, such as Word and Excel
• Careful and responsible; good logical analysis ability; able to handle multiple tasks effectively; strong learning ability; able to quickly master systems and processes; able to proactively follow up on issues and propose solutions
• Basic knowledge of or interest in car products is preferred (not mandatory)
• Being able to start work immediately is preferred
• Non-local graduates (IANG) are welcome to apply

Benefits

• Monthly salary: HKD 15,000 ~ 18,000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour meal break), 8 hours per day
• Work location: Yung Tak Li Plaza Block 1 (free shuttle bus at Kwai Fong Station)
