What they need
Ambulatory Surgery Center is looking for a full time RN Team Leader. This position is responsible for problem solving, leadership, clinical expertise and functional direction to other staff members. This is a interactive position. Responsible and accountable for optimizing available resources, participating in the Quality Assurance Program, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, and providing new staff orientation. Must have 3-5 years of OR clinical experience in Pre/Post OP/Operating Room, and 1-3 years of management experience. Experience in a ASC setting is helpful. Excellent salary and benefits.
