Shenling Environmental Systems (Malaysia) is a subsidiary of Shenling Environmental established in Malaysia. Leveraging the technical expertise of its China-listed parent company and global resources, the company focuses on liquid cooling and environmental control solutions for data centers.

We are building a localized professional team to provide customers with project execution, delivery and implementation, after-sales support, and spare parts services, while supporting market expansion and customer development in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责 :

1.         On-site Technical Interpretation

-       Provide Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia interpretation during equipment installation,commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical training.

-       Ensure technical instructions and operational information are communicated accurately betweenChinese engineers and local employees.

2.        Technical Knowledge Transfer

-       Support Chinese engineers in transferring maintenance experience, troubleshooting methods andoperating practices to the local service team.

-       Help local employees understand technical concepts, procedures and service requirements moreeffectively.

3.        Training & Knowledge Materials

-       Convert practical technical experience into clear and structured materials, including operationguides, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting cases, training presentations and shorttraining videos.

-       Maintain and continuously improve technical terminology and reference materials.

4.       Technical Documentation Support

-       Translate and review relevant technical documents between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malayu where required.

-       Ensure terminology, technical information and key operating instructions are accurate andconsistent.

5.        Training Support

-       Assist in organizing technical training for new and existing local service employees.

-        Support the development of reusable training materials for the Malaysia service team and, whereapplicable, other Southeast Asia teams.

6.         Continuous Development

-       Develop a basic understanding of HVAC, cooling systems and data centre service operationsthrough daily work and technical training.

-       Gradually build capabilities in technical training, knowledge management and servicecoordination based on business needs and individual strengths.

-       在设备安装、调试、维护、故障处理及技术培训过程中，提供中文、英文及马来语现场沟通和口译支持。

-       确保中国工程师与本地员工之间的技术要求、操作方法及现场信息得到准确传递。

2.      技术知识传递

-       协助中国工程师将设备维护经验、故障处理方法及标准操作要求传递给本地售后团队。

-       帮助本地员工更准确地理解相关技术概念、操作流程和服务要求。

3.      培训及知识资料沉淀

-       将现场实际经验逐步整理形成操作指南、维护说明、故障案例、培训PPT、短视频等可重复使用的培训资料。

-       建立并持续维护相关中英马技术术语及知识资料。

4.      技术文件支持

-       根据工作需要完成相关技术资料的中、英、马翻译及校对。

-       确保技术术语、参数及关键操作信息准确、统一。

5.      培训支持

-       协助组织本地售后新员工及现有员工的技术培训。

-       持续完善可供马来西亚售后团队使用的培训资料，并根据实际需要支持东南亚其他团队的知识共享。

6.      能力发展

-       在实际工作和技术培训过程中，逐步学习HVAC、制冷系统、数据中心及售后服务相关基础技术知识。

-       根据业务发展及个人能力，逐步建立技术培训、知识管理或服务协调能力。

Job Requirements | 任职要求 :

1.         Language

-       Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to accurately understand and communicatetechnical discussions.

-       Good working proficiency in English, particularly listening and speaking; CEFR B2 or equivalentlevel is preferred.

-       Fluent Bahasa Malaysia for workplace and on-site communication.

-       Strong ability to communicate clearly across different languages and cultural backgrounds.

2.        Education & Experience

-       Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Translation, Languages, Communication, Engineering, TechnicalEducation or a related field.

-       Previous interpretation or translation experience is preferred.

-       Experience in HVAC, mechanical/electrical engineering, manufacturing, construction, data centresor other technical environments is an advantage but not mandatory.

3.        Competencies

-       Strong consecutive interpretation and real-time communication ability.

-       Able to understand new technical concepts quickly and explain them in clear language.

-       Able to organize information and prepare practical written, presentation or video trainingmaterials.

-       Comfortable working in project sites, equipment rooms and other technical environments.

-       Detail-oriented and responsible when handling technical information.

-       Willing to learn and develop beyond a traditional translation role.

-       中文听说能力流利，能够准确理解并转述技术交流内容。

-       英语具备良好的工作沟通能力，尤其是听力和口语能力；CEFR B2或同等水平优先。

-       马来语流利，可用于日常工作及项目现场沟通。

-       能够在不同语言和文化背景人员之间进行清晰、准确的沟通。

2.      教育及经验

-       翻译、语言、传播、工程、技术教育或相关专业大专及以上学历。

-       有口译、翻译相关工作经验者优先。

-       有HVAC、机电、制造业、建筑工程、数据中心或其他技术行业工作经验者优先，但不作为硬性要求。

3.      核心能力

-       具备较强的交替口译和现场即时沟通能力。

-       能快速学习和理解新的技术知识，并用清晰易懂的语言进行转述。

-       具备较好的信息整理能力，能够制作实用的文字、PPT或视频培训材料。

-       能够适应项目现场、设备机房等技术工作环境。

-       工作细致，对技术信息的准确性具有较强责任意识。

-       愿意持续学习，并逐步发展超越传统翻译岗位的技术和业务能力。
