About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer / Technical Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong database development skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to take ownership of technical solutions while guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Oracle APEX.
• Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Design and manage databases, including tables, views, indexes, relationships, and stored procedures.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application and database performance.
• Follow software architecture and design principles while developing robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices for application development and deployment.
• Take ownership of technical issues and provide effective solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills

Critical Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.
• Strong experience in database design and management using SQL/PLSQL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.

Good to Have:

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
