Oracle APEX Developer (Java)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Oracle APEX applications supporting Online Training Administration, SPOT, NITRM, Event Reports, and E‑Learning API platforms.
• Develop and sustain Spring Boot REST APIs integrating learning management systems, entitlement workflows, and downstream data consumers.
• Create and enhance React front‑end components to deliver responsive, accessible user experiences for administrators and learners.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and queries for Oracle Database to support training data management and reporting.
• Apply full SDLC practices to design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality solutions across the learning platform portfolio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Oracle APEX, Java, and React layers, driving continuous improvements in reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and runbooks for platform systems.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive or escalated action to ensure delivery timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with hands‑on delivery across Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database.
• Proven expertise in Oracle APEX (interactive reports, forms, REST‑enabled objects, authentication, page logic).
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for exposing EBS data to external applications (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Java / Spring Boot (REST API design, service layer development, JPA/Hibernate, Oracle DB integration).
• Strong Oracle Database and PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, functions, complex queries).
• Solid background in RESTful API design and integration, including authentication (OAuth2, JWT) and third‑party platform integration.
• Exposure to eLearning/LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI standards, training workflows, or content delivery (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices, and Azure DevOps; advanced English communication skills.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
