• Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Code, develop, and document software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including testing, implementation, and auditing.
• Perform product design, bug verification, and beta support, including research and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 10+ years of Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS.
• Strong experience in Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing domains.
• Experience with ASCP, Demantra, Inventory, Purchasing, and PLM.
• Strong experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles in Oracle R12 Applications.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms.
• Knowledge of Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, ADF, Ext-JS, and Java.
• Knowledge of REST API is an advantage.
• Experience handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Experience or exposure to Agile Methodology is an advantage.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Flex Deploys.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
• Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes, and patches as mandated by the vendor.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Operate under moderate supervision and report to the Manager of Software Development.
