Oracle Apps Technical Trainer – Corporate Training

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Trainer to deliver corporate training for professionals. The trainer should have strong technical expertise, relevant industry experience, and the ability to deliver structured, practical training in both Hindi and English.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Apps Technical concepts and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms.
• Experience with interfaces, conversions, extensions and customizations.
• Knowledge of APIs, workflows, concurrent programs and data migration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts through practical examples and real-time scenarios.
• Training syllabus will be shared for reference and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate training covering the agreed Oracle Apps Technical syllabus.
• Complete 70 hours of training within the planned training duration.
• Conduct interactive, practical and industry-oriented training sessions.
• Explain concepts, demonstrate technical implementations and clarify participants’ queries.
• Track training progress and ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Deliver sessions in both English and Hindi

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Apps Technical.
• Proven corporate training experience.
• Experience working in MNCs or professional corporate environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to deliver structured training within the agreed schedule.
• Relevant industry experience and practical project knowledge are essential.

Training Schedule

• Training Duration: Approximately 2.5 months
• Total Training Hours: 70 hours
• Weekdays: 2 days per week, 2 hours per day
• Saturday: 3 hours
• Total Weekly Training: 7 hours
• Training Mode: Online
