Location: Pan India

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of:
• Account Reconciliation
• Transaction Matching
• Reconciliation Compliance
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Period-End Close Processes
• Experience in ARCS configuration, workflow setup, and business rule creation
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem and integrations
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and production support
• Understanding of financial accounting and reconciliation processes

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS, EDMCS, or Planning
• Knowledge of Data Management, Data Integration, and EPM Automate
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, etc.)
• Oracle Cloud/EPM certifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle ARCS solutions for reconciliation and financial close processes
• Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, workflows, and transaction matching rules
• Analyze business requirements and provide optimal reconciliation solutions
• Support data integration, testing, deployment, and user training activities
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to enhance reconciliation processes and compliance
