Role Summary:
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Banking applications across implementation, testing, and production environments. Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving application, integration, and database-related issues.

What Youll Do:

• Analyse application logs, database issues, services, interfaces, batch processes, and environment failures
• Reproduce technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify corrective options
• Use SQL diagnostics, service traces, and application logs to investigate data and processing issues
• Support release, patch, and approved-fix deployments, including pre-checks, validation, and rollback readiness
• Monitor application, database, and interface processing; support performance or capacity analysis
• Coordinate with functional, development, DBA, infrastructure, and Product Engineering teams
• Support SIT, UAT, production incidents, and post-deployment stabilization

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Hands-on technical support experience in at least one Oracle Banking product
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, WebLogic, Java-log, and API troubleshooting capabilities
• Understanding of application deployment, batch processing, interfaces, and database diagnostics
• Experience in incident management, root-cause analysis, and production-support coordination

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Exposure to monitoring, performance diagnostics, or high-availability environments
• Experience with any of OBCL, OBPM, OBTF, FCUBS, OBELCM, or Oracle Banking Process Management components
