Role & responsibilities
Monitoring , administration & operational support of Oracle IDCS applications and its components on daily basis.
Provisioning/de provisioning of user access as per approved service request.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing any issues IDCS SSO application reported by business users.
Patching/Upgrades of IDCS components to address any bugs or issue encountered with IDCS application.
Integration of new applications with IDCS Single sign-on to enrich end user experience.
